The 9th Annual National Workshop for State & Local Transportation will take place July 12-13 at the Grand Hyatt Washington. Transportation investment advocates, state lawmakers, public officials, and industry experts from around the country join in-person for the first time since 2019 to discuss infrastructure-focused legislative and ballot measures and campaign strategies. This year’s Workshop takes place amid increased pressure to repeal or suspend state and local fuel-based revenue sources.

Sessions include:

  • Gas Tax Suspensions: Pedal to the Metal or Running on Empty?
  • Analysis of Major Transportation Funding Trends
  • Bipartisan Infrastructure Law: How’s the Money Being Invested?
  • New Funding Strategies for Continued Growth in Freight Traffic
  • Electric Vehicles: Moving Beyond Flat Fees
  • Transportation Funding Perspectives from the State House

The Workshop is held in conjunction with ARTBA’s 34th Annual Public Private Partnerships in Transportation Conference.
