Seventeen states have approved over $29 billion in new revenue this year, a majority of which is one-time funding. Many states continue to grapple with funding shortfalls without additional revenue. On July 13 advocates, public officials, and state lawmakers came together to discuss solutions, funding trends, the latest research, and more.
