The North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT) will lose an estimated $215 million in gas tax revenue between April and June due to low demand. State legislators voted to reduce the amount of cash the NCDOT is required to keep on hand, which frees up $175 million for the agency to use. Read more>>
