Transportation funding campaign challenges and success strategies are on the menu for an interactive “Hot Topics Lunch” at the third Annual National Workshop for State & Local Transportation Advocates. Registration is still open for the July 13 event at the Washington Court Hotel in Washington, D.C.
The luncheon will give workshop attendees from across the nation the chance to chew over transportation funding campaign obstacles. Small group sessions will be followed by a larger conversation moderated by Juva Barber, executive director of Kentuckians for Better Transportation and co-chair of the Transportation Investment Advocates Council™. Dessert includes new ideas on how to build successful campaigns to increase funding.
