Our review of state legislatures shows that as of April 1, 2014,  fourteen states legislatures are currently considering bills to increase funding for state transportation programs.  Several states this month passed successful transportation funding bills, including Wisconsin, Michigan, Indiana, and Utah.  Additionally, in March, the New Hampshire Senate passed a bill to raise the gas tax by roughly 4-cents-per-gallon.
