Connecticut Gov. Ned Lamont’s (D) administration recommends nearly $400 million bond agenda. Most of the funding is dedicated for school and road construction. The Texas Transportation Commission approved a $77 billion, decade-long transportation plan specifically for safety improvements, congestion and connectivity issues, and roadway preservation.
